Mysore coffee is an Indian coffee sourced from the southwestern Chikmagalur district, the coffee capital of India. The Mysore bean produces rich flavor and decadent finish, the standard for more than 70% of coffees produced near Karnataka. However, the India Mysore is washed unlike its monsooned relatives. The Mysore is simply de-pulped and dried with very little fermentation.
