Ouray coffee is an Indian coffee sourced from the southwestern Chikmagalur district, the coffee capital of India. The nugget bean produces rich flavor and decadent finish, the standard for more than 70% of coffees produced near Karnataka. However, the India nuggets are washed unlike its monsooned relatives. The nugget beans are simply de-pulped and dried with very little fermentation.
