Cats Whisker Columbian coffee has a great medium body with a silky smooth mouth feel. It also has mild acidity, notes of sweet orange, slight nutty almond and sweet vanilla finish.
Cats Whisker is an orange styled coffee with soft notes of vanilla and almond.
As soft as a cats whisker, this coffee will make you want to curl up and read a good book. (but don’t worry, there aren’t any stray whiskers in it.)
Cats Whisker has an excellent balance in its body and aroma. Never too strong but strong enough to let you know it is a stay awake reading the book coffee.
This Columbian coffee is a Supremo bean and is grown in natural shade in rich forests. Volcanic soils, idyllic microclimates, and average temperatures between 68 and 71 degrees Fahrenheit are ideal for growing specialty-grade arabica coffee.
This bean is handpicked in the Bucaramanga region and then washed and milled by the Northeastern Colombian Coffee Cooperative (Cooperativa Cafetera Del Nororiente Colombiano).
It is grown through the Santander Department, which is widely known for its natural, shade-grown coffees.
Cupping Notes: Good medium body with a silky, smooth mouth feel, mild acidity, notes of sweet orange, slight nutty almond and sweet vanilla finish.
